Additional Maths & History Booster Revision Sessions
Linear MathsA series of revision lessons will be taught by the Mathematics department focusing on final preparation for the linear examinations. The sessions will be Monday 11th June 9.10am to 12.30pm and Tuesday 12th June 9-10am to 10.30pm in the Mathematics department. Attendance to both is highly recommended. Mathematics teachers will be available to teach and to help with any past paper questions which are still a challenge. In addition to this there are useful resources on the school’s library drive in terms of past papers, mark schemes, revision worksheets (Lib/Maths/KS4/Practice Papers for Edexcel and Lib/Maths/KS4/Revision worksheets). Please complete these in the remaining time before your examination. Modular (higher)A revision lesson will be taught by the Mathematics department focusing on final preparation for the Modular (higher) examinations. The session will be on Tuesday 12th May 9.10am to 12.30pm in the Mathematics department. Attendance is highly recommended. Modular (foundation)A revision lesson will be taught by the Mathematics department focusing on final preparation for the Modular (foundation) examinations. The session will be on Tuesday 12th May 9.10am to 12.30pm in the Mathematics department. Attendance is highly recommended. Mathematics teachers will be available to teach and to help with any past paper questions which are still a challenge. HistoryThe History department will be delivering a booster lesson looking at top tips and examination technique during the morning prior to the examination on Tuesday 12th June. The lessons will take place in M40 & M42 at 11.00 – 12.30. Time will be provided to ask questions and also to relax and refresh before the exam. Attendance is highly recommended.
